AMC Networks had made it official that Scott Shooman as been upped to Head of its Movie Group which encompasses IFC Movies, RLJE Movies and the Shudder streaming service.
Shooman has been serving because the interim head within the wake of the stunning exit of IFC Movies President Arianna Bocco again in March. Shooman arrived at IFC again in January 2022 as their SVP of Acquistions and Manufacturing. Shooman led the acquisitions crew in buying practically 30 movies yearly for each the IFC Movies and IFC Midnight slate in all phases of manufacturing.
